It should be operated on a separate electrical circuit from other appliances. Large Capacity Electric Deep Fryer for Business Use This fryer has two separate frying tanks, each with their own thermostat, baskets. Heavy duty electric countertop fryer has all the benefits of a traditional floor model in a smaller footprint. Cooking perfectly crisp food, portion after portion just got faster and easier. Trouble Shooting Steps 1.what kind of oil do you use for frying?Solid oil must be melted before putting into fryer to use,or it will trip the temperature limiter and cut off the power supply. 2.Could you try to reset it?The reset button is at the back of the machine.Remove the black cap by rotating, push in the pin and assemble the black cap back in. 3.If reset wouldn't help and you can hear a "click" sound when you rotate the temp control knob from MIN to MAX ,So as to check if the thermostat is broken.
